Partnership for Onondaga Creek

The Partnership for Onondaga Creek (POC) wants to help local groups/agencies/contractors collaborate around the creation of a green jobs workforce and green employment.  In particular, The POC is connecting people in city neighborhoods, especially on Syracuse’s South and West sides, to job training and job opportunities.

Currently, the POC is working to provide information and to build collaboration around green job training and green job creation.  We host the on-line Green Jobs for Syracuse Directory.  We are also building relationships between small urban contractors and organizations that could provide capacity-building opprotunities for them.
