1. Ensure fair and equal access to educational and job training programs and resources
2. Disseminate information about programs, resources, and employment opportunities
3. Educate employers and the community about barriers such as gender, disability, health, education, and socio-economic class to obtaining employment
4. Analyze and educate the public about policy decisions and legislation to ensure equity of access to resources and opportunities
5. Evaluate programs and models for ‘best practices’, community impact and benefit, efficiency, and effectiveness
